Description

A sterile solution on 1M Tris at pH 8.0 supplied in convenient 100, 250 and 500ml HDPE bottles. The buffer is sterile, ecomomical and ready-to-use. Tris is an abbreviation of the organic compound known as tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane, with the formula (HOCH₂)₃CNH₂. Tris is extensively used in as a major component in buffer solutions.
